You can cancel or reschedule your session online for free if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Simply log into your account on the Alleve Booking Platform to make the changes.

For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, you’ll need to contact us directly, as these changes can't be made online.

Rescheduling Fees:

Changes made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment will incur a £9.99 fee.

Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Alternatively, you may have someone else attend the session in your place to avoid loosing your session.

Cancellations:

If you cancel, your service credit will be returned to your account for future use. If you would prefer a refund, please contact us directly.

If you are running late, please note that we offer a 10-minute grace period. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be forfeited, and you will be charged in full.

For missed appointments, a "No-Show" fee will apply, and you will be charged the full session cost.

We kindly ask that first-time floaters arrive 10 minutes early to complete their initial float induction. First-time sauna and plunge users should arrive 5 minutes early. Since session start and end times are fixed, arriving early ensures you have plenty of time to settle in comfortably.

You can easily schedule an appointment online through our booking platform. Since our session start times are fixed, appointments are required in advance. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your session and protect against no-shows.

We offer several convenient parking options. You can park for free directly in front of the centre for up to 45 minutes. For longer stays, there’s a free car park just around the corner on Hammerfield Avenue, as well as additional free street parking nearby.

For the best experience, we recommend starting with a float session followed by the sauna and cold plunge. The invigorating effect of the cold plunge can provide a burst of energy, which may make it harder to fully relax during the float if done first.

While our booking schedule may not always allow for consecutive appointments, we suggest selecting nearby time slots. Our team will ensure a seamless transition between sessions. You also have the flexibility to use wellness packages on separate days if preferred.
