Alleve’s cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness for all guests and to allow us time to fill your space, we ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours before your session.

Our policy is as follows:

More than 48 Hours' Notice

  • No charge applies.

  • You can easily cancel or reschedule online by logging into your account at the Allevе Booking Platform.

  • Your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase; please contact us by phone or email to request a refund.

Between 48 and 24 Hours' Notice

  • A rescheduling fee of £9.99 applies if you need to move your appointment within this timeframe.

  • You must contact us by phone or email to reschedule, as changes cannot be made online during this period.

Less than 24 Hours' Notice or No-Shows

  • If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.

  • You’re welcome to send someone in your place to use your booking and avoid the charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the session, package, gift card or membership credit has not been used. To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone, and our team will process it promptly.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Please note that no-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law. Gift cards are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Packages

Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase, provided no sessions in the package have been used. Once any session within a package has been redeemed, the package is non-refundable but unused sessions remain valid until the package expiry date.

Online purchases — cooling-off period

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided the service has not yet been performed and the booking is not for a specific date that has already passed. By booking a session for a specific date and time, you acknowledge that this cooling-off right may no longer apply once your booking is confirmed.

Membership Terms & Cancellation

Our memberships are offered at a discounted monthly rate in exchange for a minimum commitment period. The minimum term may vary depending on the membership selected and will be shown clearly at the time of purchase.

1. Minimum commitment

  • Each membership has its own minimum commitment period, shown on the membership sign-up page before purchase.

  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms shown at the time of sign-up.

2. Monthly billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis using the original payment method.

  • Payments will continue until the membership is cancelled in line with the agreed terms.

3. Cancelling your membership

  • Memberships can be cancelled easily online once the minimum commitment period has ended.

4. Pausing your membership

  • After your minimum commitment period, you may request to pause your membership for up to 3 months in any 12-month period for reasons such as holiday, illness, or injury.

  • Pause requests must be submitted in writing to your local studio (aberdeen@alleve.co.uk or glasgow@alleve.co.uk) before your next billing date.

5. Early cancellation requests

  • If you wish to cancel before the end of your minimum commitment period, please email your local studio with details of your circumstances: aberdeen@alleve.co.uk or glasgow@alleve.co.uk. Early cancellations are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a membership is cancelled before the minimum term is complete, the remaining payments for that minimum term may still be due.

6. Failed or disputed payments

  • If a payment is missed or disputed during the minimum commitment period, the remaining balance for the agreed term may become payable.

  • We will attempt to contact you to resolve any payment issues before taking further action.

7. Changes to membership terms

  • We reserve the right to update these membership terms with at least 30 days' written notice sent to your registered email address. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel without penalty, even within your minimum term.
