Alleve’s cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness for all guests and to allow us time to fill your space, we ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours before your session.

Our policy is as follows:

More than 48 Hours' Notice

  • No charge applies.

  • You can easily cancel or reschedule online by logging into your account at Alleve Booking Platform.

  • Your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase; please contact us by phone or email to request a refund.

Between 48 and 24 Hours' Notice

  • A rescheduling fee of £9.99 applies if you need to move your appointment within this timeframe.

  • You must contact us by phone or email to reschedule, as changes cannot be made online during this period.

Less than 24 Hours' Notice or No-Shows

  • If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.

  • You’re welcome to send someone in your place to use your booking and avoid the charge.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the session or package has not been used. To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone, and our team will process it promptly.
